When will my order be dispatched?

All of our products (excluding dice) are made to order, and have an estimated dispatch time (from order date to dispatch date) as follows:

Kill Team 2024 (3rd Edition) Essentials Box - 3 weeks
Universal Card Case - 3 weeks
Kill Team '24 (3rd Edition) 3mm Universal Token Set - 2 weeks
Kill Team '24 (3rd Edition) 3mm Faction Token Set - 2 weeks
Kill Team 2024 (New Edition) Essential Equipment Proxies Bundle - 2 weeks
Kill Team Wound Counter with APL Indicator - 2 weeks
Warhammer 40K Wound Counter with Battle Shock Indicator - 2 weeks
Warhammer Legions Imperialis Order Tokens - 2 weeks
All other products not listed here - 1 week

If you have ordered multiple items, please be aware that the dispatch time for the item with the longest estimate will apply to your order.

Once your order is ready to ship, we will provide you with a tracking number (where applicable) for your delivery.

Please also be aware that international deliveries (we are based in the UK) may be subject to import charges and taxes that the buyer is responsible for.

Where is my tracking number?

All orders are posted tracked with Royal Mail and you will receive your tracking number via email when you order is dispatched.

The only exceptions are the Kill Team 2024 (3rd Edition) Objective Markers and Equipment Markers and the Kill Team '24 (3rd Edition) 3mm Faction Token Set, which are sent by standard post, unless you
choose tracked delivery.



My order never arrived, what now?

If your order is taking longer than usual to arrive, may we please ask for patience on this, particularly in the case of international deliveries, which can take anywhere from a week to a month to arrive.  If your order still hasn’t arrived after one calendar month from the dispatch date, please get in touch and we can sort out a next course of action.  Our goal is to get your order to you, and, in most cases, we will replace it, but we need to assess the situation before committing to this.

My order arrived incomplete or damaged, what know?

If your order has arrived in a damaged condition, please get in touch and send us photos of the damage, so we can assess the situation.  In most cases, we just need to send out a replacement part. If your order has arrived incomplete, please let us know.  This could be an oversight by our logistics team or, if the packaging is damaged, some piece may have been lost, and we will endeavour to replace them.
