The Battle Box, Compatible with Marvel Crisis Protocol houses everything you need to play the latest edition of MCP in a compact form, small enough to fit into a backpack.

Starting at the top, the lid of the Battle Box, once unclipped, it becomes the ultimate low profile MCP dice tray with a 1.5mm pad in the bottom for silent rolling. as well as an attachable Measurement and Movement Tool holder so you can always find your tools when you need them.

Next up, there is space to fit the Crossfire Games Essentials Box for MCP, which in turn holds all of your tokens, dice, counters and movement tools needed to play the game. (Please note the MCP distance tools (numbered 2-5) are too big to fit in this version of the Battle box, we do have a bigger version in the works that will house these)

The central cavity of the Battle Box provides space to store your MCP models, which can be magnetised to the ferrous sheet on the removable troop tray. Measuring in at 135mm x 195mm and with a head height of 130mm (150mm if the drawer is removed) there is enough space to store even the tallest MCP models and can easily accommodate a general roster.

Finally, in the base of the box, is a removable draw designed to hold the attachable Measurement and Movement Tool holder that's used with the dice tray as well as 20 sleeved Team Tactics Cards, 10 sleeved Crisis Cards and more than enough Character Cards need to play the game (it will hold 12 Character Cards in Top Loader Sleeves) - the Battle Box has been designed to accommodate your preferred set up. Whatever that may be!

These factors, combined with black, top quality, clasps, screws, D-rings and a paracord handle, make this the ultimate MCP accessory.

Modularity is Key

Our design philosophy prioritises modularity – the Battle Box is both compact and modular, but also  provides many features that will make your MCP games easier to track.

Everything in the Battle Box is removable, allowing ease of access to anything you need quickly.  Need to pack a new Team Roster?  Remove the tray and take it over to you model storage.  Need to get to your Objectives first?  These are stored in the Essentials Box, positioned at the top of the Battle Box.

Which Version is Right for You?

Because of its modular design, the Battle Box is available in several versions, each based around your choice of Essentials Box and the corresponding Token Caddies as well as your choice of Front Lid.

Already have a Crossfire Games Essentials Box?  You want to go for the Battle Box without Essentials Box.

We also provide two choices of front lid, each with a reference to in game rules that are helpful to new player and seasoned pro alike.

The first version has an abbreviated version of the attack sequence. Highlighting timings on when damage and conditions are applied as well as a full reference of the Special Conditions in the game saving you time not having to go flicking through the rules book.

The second option has an abbreviated version of the current game setup sequence as well as the aforementioned attack sequence.

Essentials Box

The Essentials Box, Compatible with Marvel Crisis Protocol, houses everything you need to play the current edition of MCP.  Inside, you have space for a selection of MCP dice and score markers, your 3 movement tools, A Crossfire Games Stat and Objective Token Caddie, as well as your choice of A Crossfire Games Power and Stamina Token Caddie or up to 8 Power and Stamina Counters.

The Essentials Box is 3D printed from tough-wearing PLA+ Plastic, and the lid is held in place by 14x 4x1mm rare earth magnets.  In the dice compartment, one side is angled so the dice are easier to remove from the box.

Choose Your Lid

The Essentials Box lid is a perfect way to track the score of your MCP games and comes in your choice of accent colour, Green or Orange.

The Score Card Lid has a complete, comprehensive score card for you to use, which includes:

- 2 slots for The Crisis Cards (Secure and Extract) that will be active for your mission.
- A score section numbering up to 16
- A Round section numbering up to 6.

Should the MCP designers change how the game is scored in the next edition of MCP, you won’t have to buy a whole new box for each edition; our futureproofed design means that Crossfire Games will be able to produce a revised lid, which you will be able to use to update your original box.

Token Caddie?

The Stat and Objective Token Caddie has been designed to house a set of our 3mm Stat and Objective Tokens, as well as having a bit of space left over for any faction-specific or personal tokens you want to bring along. It is also more than big enough to hold all of the Stat and Objective Tokens that come in the latest version of the Marvel Crisis Protocol Starter Set, if you wanted to use the official cardboard tokens instead.

We have tried to make this Token Caddie as flexible as possible and have included a removable stepper in the centre slot, so that you can have space for 5 extra 3mm x 19mm round tokens and 3 extra 3mm x 26mm round tokens. Or, when the stepper is removed, there is extra space for 8 3mm x 26mm round tokens. There is also room for two 20 x 20mm square tokens, fitted diagonally, on top of the centre slot. This is to allow you to throw in a couple of stamina tokens to be used in the missions that call for them.
